Booking starts with a short conversation, by email or phone, so we can talk through what you need, which location suits you, and what kind of images you are after. Once the details are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your date.

On the day itself, there is no need to rush. Sessions are relaxed by design. Whether we are working at your home, office, or an outdoor location, the pace is calm and unhurried. Most portrait and headshot sessions run between one and two hours. Events and weddings are scoped separately based on your specific day.

For what to wear, think about colours that feel like you rather than trying to match a brief. Avoid very bold patterns if you want the focus on your face. For corporate headshots, wear what you would wear to an important client meeting.

The mobile studio setup means the question of location is largely answered by wherever is most convenient for you. There is no fixed premises to travel to. If you are based in Oxford, we come to you.
